At Lo-Fi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aesthetic; if your purchase doesn't fit your vibe, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
